A Bit About Me
Stacey brings with her over 23+ years of hands-on experience engineering fiber optics and other broadband technology within the telecommunications industry. As NetPMD Solutions’ Engineering Manager, Stacey will demonstrate her exceptional leadership in overseeing critical aspects of project execution. She will lead a team of permit drafters across multiple states, ensuring the accurate conversion of low-level designs into permittable prints. She will monitor and track the production and quality of work, guaranteeing the timely delivery of high-quality deliverables. Additionally, she will collaborate closely with various jurisdictions to ensure compliance. Stacey's strategic mindset will be evident as she drives operational efficiencies by setting clear weekly expectations aligned with overarching monthly goals, demonstrated in her previous roles.
During her previous tenures as Director of Engineering at WYCO Field Services and Design Project Manager at Quanta Telecom, Stacey managed an impressive combined team of 11 GIS Engineers, 60 permit drafters across multiple states, 4 TCP drafters, and 6 aerial engineers. In doing so, she was instrumental in converting raw low-level GIS design data to permittable fiber networks plans, generating over $2M in monthly revenue. She proactively identified and resolved roadblocks to enhance productivity and quality of work, and collaborated closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project priorities were aligned with permit approvals and site requirements.
