With over 20+ years pioneering hands-on experience in engineering fiber optics and broadband technologies, Eric has established himself as a proven leader in the telecommunications industry. Eric will oversee various aspects of the company’s projects, including permitting work, cultivating client relationships, and forecasting revenue. His leadership style will foster team growth and propel the attainment of ambitious goals.
As an esteemed Manager throughout many of his prior roles, Eric led high-performing teams at Quanta Telecom (Engineering Manager) and at Black & Veatch (Marketing Manager), where he spearheaded program management for the design and construction of OSP networks with unparalleled precision. From high-level (HLD) and low-level (LLD) designs, to permitting and scheduling, and maintaining consistent client interaction, he ensured seamless coordination that resulted in streamlined execution of jurisdictional requirements and thereby achieving timely project approvals. His expertise in revenue forecasting and collaboration with internal and client teams have established a track record of driving project success.
Many of Eric’s efforts centered on nurturing construction managers, refining construction techniques, and bolstering scheduling precision. He regularly took charge of client meetings, upheld financial performance, and revamped communication protocols, leading to significant reductions in cycle times and the establishment of new contractor collaborations. Additionally, Eric took charge of professional development initiatives, overseeing mentoring programs and managing a significant portfolio of new business totaling over $50M of substantial revenue. The ability for Eric to successfully manage multiple moving parts with ease underscore his commitment to driving the growth of NetPMD Solutions and set him apart as a true industry asset.
