From meticulously managing budgets, timelines, and tasks for ongoing FTTX projects to spearheading the recruitment, hiring, and nurturing of top talent, he has been instrumental in driving the exceptional execution of the company's projects. Dave's remarkable contributions have enabled the company to onboard additional project managers to accommodate its growth trajectory, culminating in his well-deserved promotion to Director of Engineering Project Management.
