Charity Rice joins the US team at NetPMD as the Human Resource Manager.

Charity will take the lead on the Human Resources functions supporting both NetPMD LLC and NetPMD Solutions LLC.  This will include the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, benefits management, training and development, employee engagement, employment law compliance along with the development, implantation and management of HR processes, procedures and payroll support.

Charity has been in HR for over 20 years, starting her journey as a Corporate Trainer for the BHA Group.  Following on from this she worked with a start-up eCommerce company where her focus was to grow the team from 6 to 150 in less than a year. After this she worked for a Life Insurance and Annuity firm based out of the UK where she was responsible for building the HR department from the ground up incorporating multiple offices throughout the US and managing 3000 employees.

Before coming to NetPMD Charity has spent her time assisting organisations as a permanent employee or consultant creating, redesigning and implementing entire HR teams and/or processes for newly created or existing companies including running a staffing business where she was responsible for revamping the operation standards to ensure the business goals were exceeded.

The range of her HR experience includes:  Benefits Administration, Payroll, Employee Relations, Policy and Procedures, Change Management, Training and Development , Employee Performance and Succession Management, Review, Compensation, Full cycle recruiting, Organizational Development, Employment Law, HRIS Administration, Mergers and Acquisitions, Safety, Workmen’s Comp and OSHA.
